Vandalorum is a central for design and art at Värnamo in Småland. Renzo Piano sketched architecture 1998 and Tina Wik continuing work and 11 long swedish red barn inspired building will construct. Now four of them finished, entrance and restaurant shop, 2 galleries and hall. Right now they have showing Dick Brun & Miffy.

Bruno Mathosson (1907-1988) is one of Swedish furniture legend. He created a lot of time less design furnitures and architectures. Still his office keeping originally and using as showroom “Bruno Mathosson Center” at Värnamo in the småland.

I have been to hiking Kungsleden hiking trail from Nikkaluokta to Kebnekaise.
Mt. Kebnekaise is the highest mountain in Sweden which concern north peak and south peak. The south peak is highest but cover with the glacier. Traditional measurement of hight is 2,111 m but glacier has shrunk and 2,100 m when remeasured this autumn.

This week restaurant Allmänna Galleriet “AG” is renewal opened. Interior design by Jonas Bohlin also furnitures as well. His new chair from Gemmla suit for bistro feeling interior. Kitchen serving meat and tapas, Rolfs kök is new owner of restaurant.

I have been Finland again as work. This time I joined press tour about design exhibition in Tokyo this fall 2010. Exhibitions name called “HIRAMEKI” and Finish designer and architect showing their works at Shinjuku OZON building Tokyo. The curatorial are Harri Koskinen and Ilkka Suppanen. During 2 and half days, we have been designers office and company Helsinki and suburbs.

My friends Sakiko Jin and Bart Peeters started a dumpling and chicken deli at Kungsholms strand in Stockholm the last month. So nice location to sit down and have a lunch or a cup of coffee. Sakiko is serving 3 different dumplings, pork, shrimp and vegetables and Bart do grilled chicken and Belgium waffle. Their miss much food is really good combination.
